HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Returns at Think Cosmopolitan are simple. Just go to return.thinkcosmopolitan.com and follow the three simple steps on the screen. You'll be provided with the option of printing out a prepaid return label or having a return label mailed to you. You can even schedule FedEx to pick up your return at your home.
Once we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund for you. After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund confirmation e-mail, and you can expect a refund to appear in your account within about 10 business days. If you are returning an item because it wasn't what you expected, didn't go with your decor, or it was undamaged, you will be charged for return shipping. International returns are not possible at this time. |
