Although our standard for quality is uncompromising, there are rare incidents when products break in shipping or make it through quality checks without getting stopped. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item from us, don't worry - we'll take care of it quickly and hassle-free!
All you need to do is click here to go to email@example.com. After you enter your email address and order number, you can select which item(s) were broken or defective, as if you were going to return them. In the box that says "Select a Return Reason", choose "Broken / Defective." Simply follow the instructions on the screen and select whether you'd like a refund or a replacement.
As soon as we verify the error, we'll promptly issue your refund or replacement, and you'll be taken care of!
