The concept of Think Cosmopolitan Boba Shop (Tapioca) is a modern upscale Tea & Café, serving drinks in a unique setting. Its décor consists of modern design with video and audio installed in interactive video walls throughout the shop. Every table has its own iPad for customers to order from. At Think Cosmopolitan, customers get to choose what they want to drink, such as ingredients of the drink, as well as the atmosphere they want to enjoy. The tabletop iPads allow customers to choose their drinks and set the ambiance with one touch. This provides an exceptional experience, since customers have full control of the music, video, and lighting at their fingertips in Think Cosmopolitan Boba Shop (Tapioca).
